Michael Bisping likes Belfort over Jones, Team Alpha Male not so much

Ariel Helwani and Michael Bisping had a good natured back and forth on a variety of topics:

•Chris Weidman – “I think you have an erection for Chris Weidman… I went there and I’m staying there.”

•The obnoxious fan: “I made him go sit outside with the naughty children.”

•His mental and physical state – “I know it’s a cliche, but I’m in the best shape of my life… If I don’t beat him Saturday night I have no one to blame but myself… three weeks ago my resting pulse rate was 35.”

•Belfort vs. Jones – “I’ve got a feeling Vitor Belfort is going to pull off an upset… he’s got nothing to lose… if Vitor lands the left hand, it’s good night for everyone.”

•Team Alpha Male: – “I shook Joseph Benavides hand and I ruffled his head like that, I thought he was a 12 year old kid.”

•Ariel Helwani – “Nothing but love.”
