McGregor: The hype will not die down
Conor McGregor: “I don’t have to do anything to intimidate these people because they already are intimidated about me – and the hype will not die down.”

The UFC recently released footage of UFC featherweight #1 contender Conor McGregor in Manhattan for the Reebok launch party last month.
“One of my favorite things to do is say I’m gonna to do something and then putting in the work and going out and doing it,” said McGregor, as transcribed by Lewis Mckeever for BE. “It’s energizing. I say what I’m gonna do and then I do it. At the end of the day we get in and fight. I don’t have to do anything to intimidate these people because they already are intimidated about me – and the hype will not die down – it will still have that same buzz because it’s me they are here to see.”
The UFC has already launched what the league president Dana White described as the most expensive pre-fight promotion to date. If ‘Notorious’ beats Jose Aldo at UFC 189 on July 11, 2015, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, the hype will not die down, it will increase, to levels never seen in the sport to date.
