McGregor tears Mayweather a mammoth new one, takes Round 2

“When Floyd was 28, he was on the Oscar De La Hoya undercard, and that’s just facts. Floyd is an old weak bitch.” Then he started swearing.

The first, LA stop on the MayMac world media tour was underwhelming. The production was inept, and the fighters suffered. McGregor’s mic was cut off, a step that could only be taken by a company that hates money. And when the two faced off and talked trash, there was no mic at all on them. Still, Mayweather took the terrible first round 10-9

McGregor hadn’t suffered an event that poorly planned since the ‘Giblert’ Reebok unveiling. However, he hit his stride at stop #2, in Toronto, mercilessly tearing Mayweather a gigantic new backside, and taking the crowd along with him.

McGregor led the pro-Notorious crowd in a chant of “F*** the Mayweathers,” and called Showtime Sports executive Stephen Espinoza a “bitch” and a “weasel” for the network allegedly cutting his microphone in Stop #1. Espinoza looked like a male grandmother who had taken a nap and woken up in biker bar.

“When Floyd was 28, he was on the Oscar De La Hoya undercard, and that’s just facts,” Crowed McGregor. “Floyd is an old weak bitch.”

And then he started swearing:

Meanwhile Mayweather Jr. tried to win over the home crowd in Toronto, and instead embarrassed himself in the eyes of proud Canucks with a ridiculous gaffe over the Canadian flag.

I’m wearing that Toronto flag, Mayweather told the crowd. He wasn’t. He was flaunting a T-shirt emblazoned with a red-and-white maple leaf design, in the shape of the Canadian flag.

McGregor won this round 10-8. Now after two rounds the score stands at 10-19.

If you have two plus hours, here’s the entire stream:

Even McGregor’s coach, SBGi founder John Kavanagh weighed in.
