McGregor promises to tea bag Chad Mendes

Ever since Dana White mentioned Connor McGregor in the UFC featherweight title picture he has taken every opportunity to hype a fight between himself and either Jose Aldo or Chad Mendes. McGregor recently spoke to Severe MMA:
McGregor turned the rhetoric up to 11 when Chad Mendes showed up, via video, and challenged McGregor’s wrestling ability. “”Do you even know what wrestling is?” Mendes quipped. Which brought about this strange reply.
“I’ll rest my balls on your forehead”
So, I guess that’s a no?
