When I first walked up to Mayhem, he was taking pictures with some fans. I just wanted a few minutes with him so I leaned in and extended my hand, “Say, Mayhem. Could you give us a few minutes on camera?” “What? Why? Who are you with?” “NextMMAFighter, we would just like a minute on camera.” “That’s rude, man. Do you know how rude it is just to come up to a guy and try to get him on camera?” At this point I have a crazy professional fighter stepping up to me calling me rude. I reached out for the one lifeline I had: “We are the guys that offered you an airport pick up on the UG.” “OH IT’S YOU GUYS! Let’s go, you guys are hilarious.”
