TRAINING: Same as always on training camps. Two training sessions a day, sometimes grappling, sometimes striking, sometimes MMA, meals and rest in between, until it’s finally time to see my kids, sleep, and do it all over again the following day.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I did Judo when I was a kid, and I also did kung fu and karate when I was a teenager. After that I started training BJJ. I’ve been involved with martial arts since I was a child.
