Machida and reporter trade, then drink each others urine

Back in 2009 Lyoto Machida revealed that he drinks his own urine every morning as part of a natural treatment process. In this ‘world of the bizzare’ interview Machida and a reporter appear to exchange urine and drink each others. To each his own, I guess:

Drinking one’s own urine has been practiced since ancient times, but as of yet there is insufficient evidence of it’s medical benefit.
