Lauzon: Give me the $50k, I’ll take rematch
Now Joe Lauzon is saying he would take the rematch with Michael Chiesa, under one condition, that Chiesa send him his share of the ‘Fight of the Night’ bonus.
Yesterday Joe Lauzon and Michael Chiesa went back and forth in social media about a potential rematch. Chiesa fired the first shots in the cage and on Twitter, asking for a rematch believing that Lauzon really hadn’t beat him. Lauzon responded by posting on Instagram that rematches are dumb, and they he had beat Chiesa in the first round before stopping him in the second with the cut. Chiesa’s response: ‘Don’t be scared homie’.
Chiesa also yesterday spoke to MMAJunkie Radio, telling them he would give back his $50,000 ‘Fight of the Night’ bonus for that fight to continue. Now Lauzon is saying he would take the rematch, under one condition:
