KSW 73 took place Saturday, live from Warsaw, Poland. On a night filled with finishes, we saw the fastest knockout in KSW history and a former GLORY heavyweight win his MMA debut.
Former GLORY heavyweight star Arkadiusz Wrzosek (1-0) won his MMA debut finishing fellow kickboxer turned MMA fighter Tomasz Sarara (1-1) in the third round. It was a tale of two halves, as Sarara won the first round, 10-8, but Wrzosek rallied back in front of a hometown crowd, winning the second round 10-8, himself, before finishing Sarara in the third.

History was made tonight as the Ukraine’s Bogdan Gnidko (8-0) knocked out Damian Piwowarczyk (5-2) in just five seconds. In doing so, he put himself in the record books for the fastest KO in KSW history.

Elsewhere on the card, former title challenger Daniel Rutkowski (14-3) beat “TUF: Brazil” winner Reginaldo Vieira (15-7), Polish striker Radoslaw Paczuski (5-0) finished U.K. MMA veteran Jason Radcliffe (17-10), rising Czech Republic prospect Dominik Humburger (4-0) knocked out Borys Borkowski (4-2), Germany’s Pascal Hintzen (8-1) submitted Patryk Likus (2-1), and Irish MMA’s Carl McNally (2-0) introduced himself to KSW fans with a stellar performance and submission win over Milosz Melchert (2-1).
