The latest episode of The Ultimate Fighter, features 14 welterweights who previously appeared on the series. One, James Krause, was even an active UFC fighter.

Shortly after filming wrapped, a cut on Krause’s leg that he got during the show developed what he accurately termed a “nasty infection.” Like any normal person, he documented the ten days in the hospital, three surgeries, and 25 stitches on his social network.

“Hoping to be recovered in a day or two,” it begins.
