On April 12 Tokyo’s Toei Asakusa Line Gotanda Station was packed, when a elderly man fell onto the tracks.

He was bleeding heavily and unconsious. Onlookers, not knowing when the next train would come speeding by, were frozen.

Kid Yamamamoto leapt onto the tracks but was unable to raise him alone. Kid called for bystanders to assist him, and they were able to move him to safety.

Word from the Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Transportation is the man in stable condition at an area hospita.
