The long-rumored bout between Donald Cerrone and Myles Jury is now official for UFC Fight Night on FOX Sports 1 on Jan. 18 in Boston, sources told FOX Sports.
That is likely to be the co-main event on a card headlined by Conor McGregor and Dennis Siver, following the NFC Championship game on FOX. Cerrone posted what appears to be a fight poster for the scrap on his Instagram on Wednesday.
UPDATE: Although Fox Sports reported this fight to be taking place on January 18th in Boston, the UFC revealed today that it will now take place on January 3rd as the co-main event to UFC 182. UFC 182 features a light heavyweight title fight between Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier.
