On of UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo’s main sparring partners, Dutch shoot boxer Andy Souwer, recently told MMAPlusTV, he believes the title unification fight with Conor McGregor will be Aldo’s last.
In an interview with the Brazilian language UFC.br, Aldo giggled at the thought.
“This will not be my last fight,” he said, via Google Translate. “I think I still have other opponents to face.”
And Aldo expressed complete confidence.
“I feel at home in Las Vegas,” said Aldo. “This is where I won the belt of the WEC and has also fought for the UFC. but it will be the first time at MGM.”
“If the fight standing, I will knock him out,” he began. “If it goes to the ground, I will finish. This will be the perfect night. I’ll win.”
