Today it was revealed the three fighters have been released by the UFC promotion: Scott Jorgensen, George Roop, and Yui Chul Nam:
Ultimate Fighting Championship has released three fighters from its roster, most notably former WEC title challenger Scott Jorgensen.
In addition to Jorgensen, both George Roop and Yui Chul Nam received their walking papers. UFC officials confirmed the cuts to Sherdog.com on Tuesday. The Twitter account UFCFIGHTERSiNFO first brought word that the three fighters were no longer part of the promotion.
