Jones’ sentencing delayed until July 3rd

“Bones” was scheduled to be sentenced today (June 19, 2012) in New York’s Binghamton City Court, the same place that saw the 24-year-old fight phenom plead guilty to driving while intoxicated (DWI) earlier this month; however, a report from the Binghamton Press & Sun-Bulletin indicates his court date has been postponed until July 3

Jones, who was arrested in the wee hours of May 26 after crashing his Bentley into a utility pole, was also slapped with a pair of moving violations including “improper turn” and “deviating from a direct course.

Under the terms of his plea deal, those additional charges were dismissed.
