The great thing about social media is that athletes, celebrities, and regular people can put out a message instantly available worldwide to anyone who cares to listen. The problem with it, is once you do it, there is no taking it back.

Jon Jones has had issues in the past putting out messages on social media that are unbecoming of a UFC champion and Saturday had it happen again.

During the main event of the UFC Fight Night Bangor between Ryan Bader and Ovince St-Preux, Jones tweeted: ‘LOL what am I watching right now’. 

The tweet was shortly thereafter deleted, but of course someone captured a screen shot.

Jones in the UFC light heavyweight champion and the fight was between two light heavyweights. Apparently he was not impressed with their performance.
