On last night’s episode of UFC Tonight, Anderson Silva was again asked about potential super fights. Silva said he would fight anyone in the UFC, but knows a fight against Jones would be tough. Jones responded to the middleweight champion on Twitter:

Honored to hear the statements Silva made regarding a super fight me earlier today.. Doesn’t change much, still working hard… I believe I am gifted and hard-working enough to pull out the victory against anyone.

Although Jones doesn’t exactly say that he can beat Anderson Silva, it is apparent from the Twitter he believes so. In the first sentence he says he’s honored to hear the statements from Silva, and in the next breath affirms that he can beat anyone. It’s not a hard jump to infer that he means Anderson Silva.
