Twitter has given people the ability to instantly post a message to millions of people. This is not always a good thing. Shortly after Anthony Johnson defeated Alexander Gustafsson by TKO in the first round of the UFC on FOX 14 main event, champion Jon Jones had a harsh tweet for his former foe:
@jonnybones: Not impressed Alex
The tweet was subsequently deleted, but unfortunately the second you put something on the internet, it’s going to be seen and recorded by someone. The tweet from Jones wasn’t profane or harsh, but the timing immediately after the fight could have been in better taste.
