Jon Fitch kicks down a tree

 Anyone who has done stand up training is familiar with working a banana bag. The bags take their name not because they look like a banana, but rather because they replace the traditional Thai practice of kicking a banana tree.

Jean Claude Van Damme memorably hammed up the practice in ‘Kickboxer’, as shown immediately below. Now, as seen at bottom, Jon Fitch recreates the classic scene.
