Former UFC bantamweight title challenger Demetrious Johnson edged UFC newcomer and top-ranked 125-pounder Ian McCall via majority decision to advance to the finals of the division’s inaugural four-man tournament.
The main-card bout was part of tonight’s UFC on FX 2 event at Sydney’s Allphones Arena. It aired on FX following prelims on FUEL TV.
The action-packed fight ended in a chorus of boos when Johnson was declared the winner.
