Even that has a value, but sometimes a stellar coach, like Jeff Curran, can hone in so precisely on what is going to happen that it can be practiced just hours before the fight.

This was the case at Bellator 94, where Jeff ‘Nostradammaous’ Curran talked a game plan with Felice Herrig hours before her fight with Heather Clark.
