Dos Santos, who took the title from Velasquez in just 64 seconds at UFC on FOX 1 this past November, is a -150 favorite; Velasquez is a +120 underdog. That gives Dos Santos an approximate 60 percent chance of winning the fight.

“I opened JDS at the highest market price out there, and this is a great example of where the market price does not necessarily reflect an oddsmaker’s opinion as to who is going to win the fight,” said Oddessa, suggesting Velasquez has a better chance to win than the odds, which are dictated by the betting public, would indicate.
