Legendary middleweight prizefighter ‘Marvelous’ Marvin Hagler used to predict “destruction and destroy.” Flyweight title challenger John Dodson took it up a notch, offering that he wants to ‘murder-death-kill’ champion Demetrious Johnson on Saturday at UFC 191.
The ‘murder-death-kill’ phrase comes from the 1993 documentary ‘Demolition Man’.
Dodson also answered asses in seats who whined that he did not earn a KO his last fight, a decision win over Zach Makovksy at UFC 187, that took place after a long layoff.
Well, I’m sorry I didn’t get a knockout,” said Dodson on MMA Junkie Radio, as transcribed by Steven Marrocco for MMAjunkie. “But I can’t ever see any of you guys knocking out your wives or your children unless you’re Ray Rice.”

Johnson recently said that only ‘uneducated fools’ don’t appreciate his style, but Dodson has not impressed.
He wants to tell people in a very PC way saying that ‘hey, I hate this dude, but I like him, but I’ve gotta say I hate him.’ He’s just so annoying me. If you have the balls to think it, then you should have the balls to say it.
