UFC light heavyweight contender Jamahal Hill says he got the call to fight Glover Teixeira for the 205-pound title before Jan Blachowicz and Magomed Ankalaev had even left the cage at Saturday’s UFC 282 event in Las Vegas.

Hill and Teixeira will now headline UFC 283 in January in Brazil with the vacant belt on the line.
