Quinton Jackson was hoping to transition back into the UFC after a short stint in Bellator MMA, but the legal issues continued for him today:

Quinton Jackson remains under a general injunction after a judge ruled against a motion to dismiss, a court representative today told MMAjunkie.

A written order will be issued by New Jersey Superior Court Judge Karen L. Suter, who in April granted Bellator MMA the injunction, said Donna Mazzanti, an administrative specialist with the Burlington County Superior Court.

Rampage Jackson (36-11 MMA, 8-5 UFC), repped by Bruce Goldstein of McCusker, Anselmi, Rosen and Carvelli, seeks to free himself from a general injunction that forbids him from fighting for any MMA promoter.
