Meet Jocko Willink. The 230 pound Special Operations legend looks not so much at you, as through you.
He just may be the baddest man in BJJ:
•20 years in the SEAL Teams, initially as an enlisted operator, and later as a SEAL officer;
•Led SEAL Task Unit Bruiser in the Battle of Ramadi, which became the most highly decorated Special Operations Unit of the entire Iraq war.
•Awarded Bronze Star and a Silver Star;
•Black Belt in BJJ from Dean Lister; training since 1995;
•Owns Victory MMA with Dean Lister;
•Cornered fighters in KOTC, Pride, and UFC, among many others;
•Used to tap out 20 Navy SEALs per workout; and,
•Has a cool motto – “Discipline equals freedom.
