Hendricks won his third consecutive bout by knocking out longtime consensus No. 2 welterweight Jon Fitch only 12 seconds into their bout Friday at UFC 141 in Las Vegas. It’s the fifth knockout for Hendricks in nine victories for UFC parent Zuffa, and second in his last three.
A left hand from Hendricks sent Fitch toppling backward heavily to the canvas. Hendricks immediately followed with another left to the face that stunned Fitch.
