A welterweight title fight between Georges St. Pierre and Josh Koscheck is likely to take place in Las Vegas, UFC president Dana White said Thursday. The event is expected to be Dec. 11 in UFC 124.
“It’s really looking like that fight will be in Vegas,” White told the Las Vegas Sun.
“If I could do it Toronto, believe me, I’d do it there in a heartbeat. We’re still talking about doing a fight in Pittsburgh, but if you’re going to a fight, do you want to go do Pittsburgh or do you want to go to Vegas?
“If we’re going to do a big, major title fight like that, we’ve got to do it in Las Vegas.”
