Green goes on call-out spree on Twitter
Bobby Green has taken it a step further and called out eight fellow UFC lightweights, any of whom he’d like to fight in his next bout.
Since social media has risen to popularity, MMA fighters have found that it’s actually a good way to get a fight with someone you want to fight. More than one fight has been made after two fighters engage in a war of words with each other on Twitter. UFC lightweight Bobby Green has taken it a step further and called out eight UFC lightweights, any of whom he’d like to fight
The tactic is an interesting one for sure. I wonder if any of theselightweights will bite and accept the challenge. Green explained his intentions in one last tweet:
Green is an impressive 4-0 since debuting in the UFC after coming over from Strikeforce where he was 4-1. Green is also currently ranked seventh in the division, so fighting someone in the top ten is likely for him next. Of the call outs, only Jim Miller and Myles Jury fit that bill.
