GLORY kickboxing returns to Paris on September 9 with GLORY 88 x La Sueur Fighting Championship 2. General sale will begin tomorrow, and we advise fight fans to secure your ticket early for what will be a huge night for the sport in France.

Tickets can be purchased at GLORYKickboxing.com at 10 a.m. CET.

Headlining the event is the much-anticipated return of kickboxing legend Badr Hari (106-17-2, 92 KO) who goes up against the experienced James McSweeney (46-6, 28 KO). This fight is confirmed to be an official qualifier for the GLORY Grand Prix where the winner will walk away with a cool $500,000 purse.

This event will mark GLORY’s first event on French soil since 2019 and will take place at the Dome de Paris. In addition to Hari vs. McSweeney, two more exciting bouts were announced today.

Nordine Mahieddine (27-15, 12 KO) will take on Abderahmane Coulibaly (58-20-1) in an all-French heavyweight affair.

In addition to this, French veteran Karim Ghajji (103-17-1, 53 KO) returns to GLORY for the first time since 2020. The former title challenger will face top Serbian prospect Nikola Todorovic (26-3, 14 KO) in what is a massive fight for both athletes.

La Sueur Fighting Championship 2 (LSFC 2) will serve as the undercard for this exciting event that will showcase some of the best French and international kickboxing action. It will be an unmissable night for any combat sports fan.
