Claudia Gadelha: “I believe she said that because I’m fit and she’s fat, she has that big belly. She doesn’t make weight, she’s not an athlete, and is talking $#!^.”

Claudia Gadelha was scheduled to fight Aisling Daly at UFC Fight Night 64: Gonzaga vs. Cro Cop 2 on April 11 in Poland. However, Gadelha reported an injured back in training, and pulled out of the fight. Daly got a new opponent, Randa Markos, and a new date, at UFC 186 in Montreal on April 25.

At a fan Q&A in Dublin, Daly was asked about a beef between she and Gadelha. If there wasn’t one before, there is now.

“There isn’t any beef, or there wasn’t,” said Daly as transcribed by Guilherme Cruz for MMAFighting.com. “She put a statement after she pulled out of the fight saying that I’ve been talking s—. I actually think he was just confusing me with Conor. I’m sure Jose is sitting on the mat giving notes about the Conor tour and she got a bit confused and thought that was me. I honestly didn’t say anything.”

“We were both due to be tested and she was gone. Think from that what you will.”

Gadelha was not impressed.

“I was tested in every Invicta FC fight,” said the Brazilian to Cruz. “I was tested in every UFC fight and I don’t have any problem with that. Aisling said that because she’s not an athlete. I’m a better athlete, more disciplined. I train every day, several times a day, and I take care of my body. I believe she said that because I’m fit and she’s fat, she has that big belly. She doesn’t make weight, she’s not an athlete, and is talking s—.”

“I will fight her anytime, at any event she wants. I want to fight and shut her up more than ever now.”

To top that, Daly may have to borrow material from North Carolina 4th degree black belt in Taekwon-Do Fred Simmons:

“I don’t care if you wake up in a ditch with grown men s—-ing on you and jumping on top of your head. Maybe your nose will turn into a big ole dick and you can stroke that all the time. I hope your hair turns into dog shit one day. You wake up and you run your comb through it and all that it is, is little trundles of dog s—. The worst s— that you could imagine. AIDS… it’s cool. Everything comes around sweetheart.”
