FUEL TV Postfight Show Sets Records

On Saturday night on FUEL TV, the UFC 162 Postfight show, which aired live at 1am ET, was the #1 rated program in all of broadcast and ad-supported cable for the 1am – 2am time period among M18-49 coverage area rating (0.67). Additionally, it was #3 on M25-54 (0.62) and #6 on M18-34 (0.49).

The show tied as the highest-rated and was the second most-watched UFC Postfight show in FUEL TV network history. The telecast averaged a 0.42 HH rating, 214,000 total viewers, and a 0.67 M18-49 rating, up +282% on HH’s, +328% on total viewers and +379% among M18-49 compared to the 2012 Live UFC Postfight show average. 

It was tied as the 10th most watched program and tied as 9th highest rated program ever on the network.

It helped deliver the 5th most watched Saturday late night.

The level of viewership was even more impressive given the absence of a lead-in, as the five hours of programming airing prior to the Postfight show weren’t UFC related. Of course, UFC legend Anderson Silva getting knocked out, coupled with the event falling on a holiday weekend were likely the driving factors in making this the network’s highest-rated UFC Postfight show ever.

For the FUEL TV UFC 162 Weigh-In Show on Friday, July 5, that aired live at 7pm ET, it was the second highest-rated and fourth most-watched live UFC Weigh-In in network history, averaging a 0.27 HH rating, 119,000 total viewers and a 0.33 M18-49 rating. It was up +200% on HH’s, +183% on total viewers and +230% among M18-49 compared to the 2012 Live UFC Weigh-In average. It was the highest-rated and most-watched show on FUEL TV on Friday,

FX Prelims:

Saturday’s UFC PPV Prelims on FX delivered 1,363,000 viewers, up 41% from the 6/15 event (968,000). Saturday’s prelims were the #1 program in all of broadcast and ad-supported cable in the 8-10pm ET time period among M18-34 (331,000) and #2 in both M18-49 (758,000) and M25-54 (736,000).
