Stephan Bonnar recently started an MMA apparel line called Punch Buddies, that isn’t like the others.

“To me, MMA isn’t like the shirts that you see,” explains Bonnar. “Those shirts are so dark, with skulls, demons and names like Death Clutch. Come on, that’s not what martial arts are to me. I’m a lighthearted person. With Punch Buddies, we wanted to make crazy cartoon depictions of fighters that are comical and funny … It’s fun. I love martial arts but you’re not using the creative side of your brain. It brings a lot of joy to me to create something.”
