Forrest Griffin advice: TUF house is like high school, form a clique
“Just immediately, just like in high school, develop a clique and then start picking on people. Then, you can be cool, making them uncool.”

UFC Hall of Famer Forrest Griffin recently conducted a pair of Q&As, in which he offered some practiced advice to Joanne Calderwood, ahead of her stint in the TUF house in May.
“Just get your laundry order straight,” said Griffin, as transcribed by BE. “Who gets the washer and dryer when. And just go ahead the first day and bite the bullet and be like, ‘I want plastic silverware and paper plates’, cause nobody’s going to wash the dishes ever.”
“Maybe it’ll be different with only women, but I don’t think the dishes are getting washed.”
“Just immediately, just like in high school, develop a clique and then start picking on people. Then, you can be cool, making them uncool. Yeah. Just pretend you’re in high school and you’re trying to get on the cheerleading team. It’s all just like psychological, social chess.”
