At the UFC 148 open workouts, Great Grandmaster Steven “Fritão” Seagal showed the effortless effectiveness of his techniques, on Strikeforce light heavyweight Rafael Feijao Cavalcante.

GM even showed the little known front kick.

In a later interview, Seagal related how the battle went.

“Feijao said how many hands do you have?! Yah I just you know… I mean he’s my brother.

We play hard we train hard. That’s cool. If they can get it in on me they will.”
