That’s good to hear. Looking forward to your next fight against Eddie Wineland then; in a lot of respects he’s another dangerous guy for you but without a massive name at the moment. What excites you about taking that fight?
I think it’s just the match up you know? Eddie comes to fight every single time and he throws down and looks for the kill. He’s got exciting slams and big knockouts. Match-ups make great fights and we’re two guys who fight hard.
The match up makes it an exciting fight and he’s a guy that will have a name, he just needs the exposure. It’s a good chance for him to get some exposure but I want to finish everyone and get that belt.
You said you want to finish him and that’s got to be what you’re visualising as the result but have you got a specific prediction? Where do you see yourself having an edge?
I don’t know how it’s going to end but it’s definitely not going the distance. I can finish it standing, ground and pound or submit him. There’s a lot of ways for me to win.
