Evans feels the UFC pretty much chooses who they want to be champion. He said being a number 1 contender in the UFC doesn’t mean anything because things always change. Rashad feels if you’re the number one contender you should get the shot no matter what. Evans said he wants an outside authority to pick who fights for the title.
