Calling light-heavyweight champion Jon “Bones” Jones a “fake … white boy” was not a sign of disrespect for Caucasians, Ultimate Fighting Championship rival Rashad Evans says

“I don’t think being a white boy is anything bad,” Evans told MMA Weekly on Sunday. “It’s not anything against white people. … In all honesty, there’s no problem against white people. It was an insult. I called him white, because to a black person, to be called something that you’re not is very offensive.”
