Esparza celebrates UFC title win with $1,000 ice cream sundae

So much hard work is put into an MMA camp, then when your fight is finally over fights let go and relax in many different ways. Some put on their best club clothes, order some bottles and make up for eight weeks without drinking. Some have a nice dinner with family and friends. Some order In-N-Out burger and devour it in their hotel room.

But for Carla Esparza, who last month won her first UFC fight which was also the UFC’s women’s strawweight title, celebrated with something more extravagant:
