Edgar & Stephens agree to fight on Twitter
This week Jeremy Stephens called out fellow featherweight Frankie Edgar for a fight December 12th on UFC 194 and the former champion responded with a quick ‘yes’.
It wouldn’t be the first time that two fighters have called each out on Twitter and the UFC made the fight happen. That’s exactly what Jeremy Stephens and Frankie Edgar are hoping for when they went back and forth on Twitter this week:

Frankie Edgar most recently fought and won in May against Urijah Faber and Stephens in July against Dennis Bermudez. Edgar is currently ranked second in the division and Stephens eighth, but it is an intriguing matchup nonetheless and we will just have to wait and see if it gets made.
