Following complications from a back surgery and a second procedure, MMA legend and MMAjunkie.com Radio contributor Don Frye will go under the knife for a third time.
His publicist, Melissa Ingram, today confirmed Frye suffered more complications from from his earlier procedures and will have a third surgery, which is scheduled for Tuesday.
Despite the setbacks, Frye is expected to make a full recovery.
“Frye will remain in the hospital for several days but is expected to fully recover,” Ingram stated in an email. “Despite the delay in his recovery time, [he] remains optimistic and is looking forward to resuming his normal activities as soon as he is able.”
