Don Frye: Fighters today are sissies

 MMA legend Don Frye tells MMA HEAT’s Karyn Bryant that MMA fighters just aren’t like they used to be.

“I think they’re are a bunch of sissies,” growled Frye. “I think they should be wearing purses and have them paint their damn toenails, what the hell is that all about? They should be putting on makeup and lipstick and prancing around, you know in high heels. They probably do it half the time anyways when they’re training.”

“Half the time one guy’s afraid, and the other guy’s happy about it.”

Frye also referenced the failed fight between Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson and Tito ‘The People’s Champion’ Ortiz.

“Why don’t we just figure who’s gonna fight between a mermaid and a unicorn? If it doesn’t happen, it doesn’t happen,” said Frye. “Don’t worry about it.”
