Diaz, Johnson, dos Anjos earn fight night bonuses
Nate Diaz and Michael Johnson also took home $50K for their three round war, which earned fight of the night honors. Champion Rafael Dos Anjos also earned a ‘Performnce of the Night’.
UFC on FOX 17 is in the books and we saw the UFC’s lightweight champ, Rafael dos Anjos defend his title in impressive fashion, finishing Donald Cerrone is just over a minute into the fight.
That performance earned him an extra $50K in bonus money. The bonuses were announced at the post fight press conference. Also grabbing the extra cash was Vicente Luque, who put Hayder Hassan to sleep with an anaconda choke.
