Apparently Nick Diaz has decided to not just accept any penalty that Nevada will impose on him for a failed drug test and has hired a NY law firm to help him.

According to his manager, Nick has retained a New York law firm to investigate his UFC 183 failed postfight drug test and represent him in front of the Nevada State Athletic Commission.
Diaz tested positive for marijuana metabolites after his UFC 183 loss to Anderson Silva.
