Diaz brothers smilng with the fans, really

 The Diaz brothers have a reputation for being on the surly side. The surly side of a riot.

They appear to be so surly that they must have been surly forever.

The fact is the two of them do regularly, steadily even, provide the media with compelling images, video and text of surly behavior. They also of course provide the fansd with thrilling fights. Largely unrecognized however is that the brothers are also by many accounts stellar teammates, utterly loyal friends, and as can be seen in the images and video montage below, pretty warm and fuzzy with the fans.
