Methods of cutting weight are always developing, but when Desmond Green weighed in 1/2 a pound heavy for his featherweight title fight with Steven Siler at Titan FC 32, he took extreme measures.

He got a haircut, and made weight.

Des Green cutting his hair shows a lot about his dedication to MMA as well as Titan FC, said Titan FC CEO Jeff Aronson He showed a level of professionalism by doing whatever was necessary to make the 145-pound limit. Green showed the whole world how badly he wants to win the Titan FC featherweight title tomorrow night.

This is not the first time a fighter cut weight by cutting hair.

Back in March at Bellator 112, Daniel Straus got a haircut to make weight for an unsuccessful title defense vs. Pat Curran.
