The main card of UFC 192 was short of those HOLY F@$%ING $#!^ moments that define the sport. In fact, there weren’t any.

However, there was redemption in the main event, a classic.

Afterwards, And Still UFC light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier expressed nothing but respect for his Alexander Gustafsson, who face he slowly ground away.

Alexander Gustafsson is an absolute stud. He’s one of the best fighters in the world. The sport needs guys like Alexander Gustafsson who can go out there and lay it all on the line against the best fighters in the world.

Judging fights can be tough, but sometimes it comes down to stupid simple math – who hurt who more. Cormier spoke the truth when he said “everything hurts” but the truth is, everything hurt worse for Alexander Gustafsson.
