The UFC recently announced that light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier vs. Jon Jones was official for UFC 214 on July 29, 2017 at Honda Center in Anaheim, California. The kickoff was accompanied by some bitter bickering between the two.

Is this guy gonna mess this up again by doing steroids or snorting cocaine or sandblasting prostitutes? asked Cormier

Then Jones offered arguably the worst retort in UFC history.

I beat you after a weekend of cocaine, he bragged.

Jones saying unfortunate things is routine, but what was harder to understand was the meaning of “sandblasting prostitutes.”

TMZ Sports recently asked DC what it meant.

“Honestly, I didn’t know exactly what that was a few days before the press conference,” replied Cormier. “But then my main man comes through with the material – Luke Rockhold told me what it is. … It’s a term for, uh, ok, so … I’ll tell you what it is, because everybody has been asking.

I guess it means, you take the cocaine, put it on the prostitute, snort it, and then blow your face in it, and it makes cocaine cloud, like a cloud of cocaine in the room while the prostitute is laying on her back. This is what Rockhold told me it is. So you sandblast them, it makes smoke – a whole bunch of cocaine.”

“It just seems like if you were having fun doing stuff with prostitutes, that would kind of be a good way to do it. Right? Why not? Two of his favorite things I guess.”

Cormier did say he believes Jones will make it to fight night, for several reasons, including the trash talk.

“The more I talk to him like this, the more I make fun of his issues, the more motivated he will want to be to shut me up. So I will talk him into the Octagon – I will continue to mess with him until he is like, ‘I gotta go shut this guy up. I hate him.’”
