UFC 275 takes place Saturday in Singapore, and ahead the pay-per-view event, UFC president Dana White spoke with MMA Underground’s John Morgan about the night’s featured matchups.
In the night’s main event, reigning UFC light heavyweight champion Glover Teixeira (33-7 MMA, 16-5 UFC) takes on the dangerous Jiri Prochazka (28-3-1 MMA, 2-0 UFC), while the co-main event sees dominant women’s flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko (22-3 MMA, 11-2 UFC) take on Brazilian challenger Taila Santos (19-1 MMA, 4-1 UFC).
And in a featured rematch of one of the best fight’s in UFC history, former strawweight champions collide with Zhang Weili (21-3 MMA, 5-2 UFC) facing Joanna Jedrzejczyk (16-4 MMA, 10-4 UFC).
White gives his thoughts on each contest, as well as outlining what’s at stake for the athletes involved. White also shares a few quick updates on Jon Jones, Francis Ngannou and Nate Diaz.
