I ordered a PRIDE hat from the UFC Store online on the 14th. I’ve had a hard time with the carrier the UFC store uses now which is UPS Innovations. So I sent an email to Dana Whites personal email address. This is the email I sent to him

Subject: I’m fucking pissed!

Dana, I am fucking livid right now! Why the hell do you guys use fucking UPS Mail Innovations to deliver your packages from the UFC store? They fucking suck! Just google UPS Mail Innovations and read what people have to say about it. I ordered a package on the 14th with 5 day delivery. The fucking tracking number didn’t even work until two days after I placed my order. Now it’s 4 days behind! How the fuck can you track something when the website is FOUR days behind on their tracking? My fucking package has been sitting in Kansas City, MO for 6 days now! They don’t answer their fucking phones when you call with questions! I’ve sent at least 3 or 4 emails and they haven’t answered any of those either. YOU try to get through to them and see what I mean 1-800-500-2224. Ask them where the fuck package # 0309650DSC62568 is!

I’ve ordered lots of shit from the UFC store in the past but I’ll never order another item from there as long as you use these mother fuckers as your carrier! What’s wrong with just using UPS or FedEx? Fuck UPS Innovations!

I sent that email this morning. I was eating dinner tonight and I got a call on my phone. I didn’t recognize the number and when I answered it was “Sam from the UFC”. I was stunned at first and I said uh, ok. He started apologizing for the delay in my package. Then he said that they are over nighting a new hat to me, and refunding my money and I will still get the original hat when it finally gets here as well. I asked him if this was because of the email I sent Dana White and he said yes, Dana got personally involved in this.

After I got done eating dinner, I checked my email and saw that Dana emailed me back also. It was short but this is his email to me:

I think he meant to say I am on it, not I am on, lol. Pretty cool that he actually took the time himself to make it right. How many other heads of professional sports leagues would get personally involved in a complaint from a fan?
